This card is from SVS Light and Shadow class.
Yes, the shading on this one little ball took me over an hour! 🙂 I really struggled with the tools on this one. Even the selection tools were difficult for me. But, eventually I figured out why the brush wasn’t working and that helped a lot. I deleted and re-drew the shadows over and over trying to get something that looked ok. It’s funny how badly this turned out at the beginning, and I think I did ok at the end. It was rough.
This was really the first lesson where I feel like I immediately need to do more work on it. So I’ll be doing this again tomorrow where I’ll be working through the other simple objects. I think it will go easier now that I have some of the tools figured out.
