Grenbug

This card is from 21 Draw – Learn to Draw in 21 Days, season 1, Cylinders.

This lesson is about another basic shape, the cylinder. I have also decided to keep adding cats to each lesson. It’s really fun and gets me out of trying to recreate a perfect cat from reference. I’m just drawing from imagination and keeping things simple. It doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to be fun. I am also loving the emptiness of these drawings, it’s like a strange planet where just these basic shapes erupt from the ground, and cats. It’s a little weird and I love it.

Next time I will try these lessons in Procreate. I can also use these as fun warmups.
